The visitors batted first and scored a total of 130, with the most notable partnerships those of Connall Deehan-Jackson and Sam Corney (21) and Max Wright and Ben Matten (13). The wicket takers for the home side were, James Doble (2), Max Mejzner (2) and Jake Stubbings, Eddie White together with Tom Cooke, who each took one.When Budleigh batted the runs came thick and fast right through the order and the final total was an impressive 223.Eddie White and Max Lawson got things under way with a partnership of 40 during which time both players put bat to ball with great effect.Further runs arrived from Tommy Dawson and Max Mejzner (27), James Doble and Jake Stubbings (23) and finally, skipper Alex Taylor and Tom Cooke who put on 33 between them. Sam Corney claimed a couple of wickets for the visitors.The victory means that Budleigh A remain unbeaten with a 100% record after playing four games this season
