Exmouth are hosting a day of T20 action on Sunday (July 29) from 10am when they face Penzance in a morning semi-final, writes Conrad Sutcliffe.

Port Talbot play Bath after lunch with the two winners playing off late afternoon.

The winners then got through to an area play-off aiming to take a step closer to finals day at Derby in mid-September.

Exmouth know all about the process as they reached the 2015 final played at the SWALEC in Cardiff.

They beat Pudsey in the semi-finals, but lost out to Ealing in the final.
