THERE'S an attractive fixture at the Maer Ground on Saturday afternoon when an Exmouth Under-18 side take on a touring side from Dublin.
The Catholic University School XI from Dublin are on a five day, three game mini-tour over the weekend and either side of a Friday game against Wells and a Sunday meeting with Blundells School they will play a 40 over game against the best of the youngsters at Exmouth.
The game starts at 2pm and, as ever, cars are charged at £5 per vehicle but attendance is otherwise free of charge and it is expected that a good standard of cricket will be on show.
l Exmouth Colts Under-11 has a new man at the helm following last weeks first junior outdoor coaching session of the season.
Alan Tyson has stepped forward to offer his service and he will be taking charge of the Under-11s for their coming campaign in the Bradleys East Devon Youth League.
More parent helpers would still be made welcome and hopefully some will step forward as the new season unravels.
