EXMOUTH were 23 run winners at Upottery thanks to a fine all round effort from Mike Collinge. Batting first the Maer Ground side closed on 173-3 with Collinge hitting 52 before retiring.

EXMOUTH were 23 run winners at Upottery thanks to a fine all round effort from Mike Collinge. Batting first the Maer Ground side closed on 173-3 with Collinge hitting 52 before retiring. Collinge was in great form, striking the ball very fluently to all corners of the ground.Ross Jarvis hit an unbeaten 37 and George Greenaway struck 20 with the home wicket takers being Sam Bass, Adam Retter and Matt Frost.Upottery made an excellent fist of the run chase, closing on 150-9, led by Michael Arscott (31) with Ryan Pullman (30), Jack Trevisick (19), Jason Kennard (16) and Ben Small (16) all doing their bit for the cause. Collinge was the main destroyer with the ball as he claimed 3-12 and there was a brace for both Toby Ingham and Eliot Marks as Exmouth completed a fine victory.
