Budleigh go into Saturday’s game at the County Ground where they will meet Exeter, looking for a third successive top flight win.

After a nine wicket mauling of Braunton on their own patch followed swiftly by last Saturday’s fabulous defeat of table topping Sidmouth, the Ottermouth men are entitles to travel in confident mood.

Hosts Exeter are struggling and currently occupy one of the two relegation berths - a fate that befell Budleigh before their last two games!

As for the Exeter form to date, well they began with a rained off meeting at home to Plymouth and then beat Braunton on their own patch before a losing draw with Bovey Tracey.

Match day four saw them lose at Paignton and they were then beaten by Sidmouth, Bradninch and Plympton before stopping the rot with last weekend’s losing draw at as North Devon side who now share the leadership of the top flight with Sidmouth.
