Budleigh Salterton Salterton hope to have Zimbabwean all-rounder Cephas Zhuwao in place for Saturday's game against visiting Bradninch on matchday two of the new Tolchards Devon League season.

Zhuwao, who has played for Zimbabwe, was expected to be in the country in time to play against Brixham last Saturday.

Visa problems delayed his arrival, although as the game was called off it wasn’t a huge problem or Budleigh skipper Lloyd White, who has his fingers crossed for this week.

“I really hope he is here this Saturday, but still waiting to here news about his visa,” said Lloyd yesterday.

Bowlers James Leat and Rob Newman are not available against Bradninch, neither is batter Sam Richardson, but Harry Parkin and Rob Craze are will come in.
