Budleigh bowlers luncheon and raffle raises money for the Poppy Appeal

A Sunday roast and raffle has raised £60 for the British Legion Poppy Appeal as the Budleigh Bowlers and their families and friends turned out in numbers at the clubs Cricket Field Lane, writes David Roberts.

As ever a delicious meal was served up masterminded by long standing members Mo Bond and supported by Lilian Grainger, Bunty Hudson, Margaret Avery and Di Lowe.

A big thank you to all involved at the club.
