Birthday girl wins Exmouth Darts League Captains’ Cup

The winners of the very first Can-Do Challenge Shield are the Hollytree A Darts Team, who added to their successful Division One Winners Title by beating the Fec n Lers by six games to three, writes Mark Waldron.

The Woo Hoo’s added to their Division Three winners title by beating the Phoenix B, seven games to two in the Graham Carder Knock-Out Shield.

The mixed pairs competition has been won by Lee Taylor and Nicola Hardy, and, in a week where the captains all competed against each other, Dave Pearcey of Budleigh Salterton Football Club was able to over turn his loss in last year’s final, by winning this years competition, beating Mike Dabroweicki of the King Arms A.

The Ladies title has gone to Sharon Miller of the Pink Panters who beat Nikki Bailey of the Kings Arms.

The night was very special to the winner as the event coincided with her birthday.
