The Lytchett 10 is a ten-mile road race starting at Lytchett Minster Sports Centre near Poole, is hilly and entirely on road and pavements. Haydn Boehm ran well to finish 85th out of 238 in 1:17:36.
Andy Kirkup of Lonely Goat RC won the latest Seaton parkrun in 17:14 with Thomas Woods 2nd, 17:56 and Sean Leadbeater of North Bristol Tri Club 3rd, 18:05 out of 291 runners.
Nine AVR’s travelled to Exeter to take part in round 3 of the Run Exe 5k Series. First Male AVR home was Terry Emmet 8th in 16:29 (PB), 1st female AVR was Angela Kerr, 118th in 28:03. 2nd Male AVR was Matt Clist, 14th, 17:04. Richard Hardy was 22nd, 17:29 (PB); Rob Collier 26th, 17:46 (PB); Tim Sibley 68th, 19:51; James Sibley 95th, 22:53; Ron Seward (1st MV70) 97th, 23:01 and Martin Kerr 123rd in 31:40.
Wayne Loveridge of Chard RRC won the last Seaton parkrun in 16:41 with Richard Hardy 2nd, 17:55 and Colin Davies 3rd, 18:01, out of 284 runners.
