Phear Park Bowls Club starts its new season on Saturday, April 13 and it promises to be a fantastic summer on the greens, especially after such a wet winter.
New members are welcome and experienced bowlers who would like to join a small friendly club looking to play regularly in internal/external competitions will find there are plenty of matches to play.
Potential new bowlers who would like to give the sport a try, please come along for a taster session on April 13. All you will need is trainers, and a sense of humour!
The taster session is followed up by free coaching lessons to hone your skills in this magical sport.
