Exmouth’s father and daughter judo supremos, John Goldman 7th Dan, and Ruth Goldman 6th Dan, have been elevated to new heights. Their judo classes at LED Leisure Centre Exmouth have been moved upstairs to a designated martial arts studio.
“This new home, in the hub of the community, is an exciting move,” said John. “The Centre has been very supportive to judo and other arts, putting itself on the map as the place to train.”
John and Ruth have a combined time of 110 years of judo training and offer classes to all would-be judo champs, boys and girls age four to fifteen. To celebrate the new facility, the duo are running a beginners course with a free taster session to start.
