Budleigh Salterton suffered a painful 3-0 defeat at North Molton in the Devon Football League.
Callum Hutchings scored a brace for the hosts and substitute Sam Phillips also scored, as North Molton cruised to victory. Elsewhere in the division, congratulations to Beer Albion, who completed the double with a cup final win over Mount Gould.
In the Devon & Exeter League, Budleigh 2nds are scheduled to complete their season with a trip to Cullompton Rangers on Monday, May 15, kick-off 7pm.
This week is all about cup finals in local football. Colyton took on Upottery in the Grandisson Final on Tuesday night and that was followed by a cracking East Devon derby between Sidmouth Town and Ottery St Mary in the Morrison Bell Cup on Wednesday.
This Saturday will see Bickleigh v Bovey Tracey Reserves in the Devon Intermediate Cup and the East Devon Senior Cup Final is Alphington v Upottery.
