Fifteen Exmouth Harriers ran in the Fast Friday 10km in Exeter on Good Friday over a traffic free course on footpaths around the River Exe and Exeter Quay, with the sun shining to kick-off Easter weekend.

After running in the 10km in Exeter on Good Friday, Emma White also competed in the Sprint Tri at the Torbay Spring Triathlon on Easter Sunday. 

It was held on a totally traffic-free course at the Leisure Centre in Clennon Valley with a 400m pool-based swim followed by a 19.5km cycle on the Velopark and a flat parkland 5km run. Emma finished in 58th position with a total time of 1.15.16.
