DANCERS from an Exmouth group excelled when they competed in a festival.
Daisy Cohen Ford, Jasmine Simpson Currie, Sophie Rowcliffe and Megan Ebbrell, of Exe Dance, all achieved first placed-finishes at the week-long Plymouth Dance Festival.
The event took place at the Atheneum Theatre between July 23 and 29.
Daisy, who also came second in the ballet solo, was successful in the tap solo category.
Jasmine Simpson Currie, Sophie Rowcliffe and Megan Ebbrell were awarded first place in the classical trio.
Jade Mabillard was second in the tap solo, Sian Hewett was runner-up in the modern solo and Megan Ebbrell came third in the ballet category.
Sian Hewett, Rebecca Hall, Katie Robson, Rhea Whittacker and Rhiannon Annondale also received commendable marks.
