One must remember that it was not the fabulous Brazilians (Pele, Garrincha, Didi etc) who trounced the, then feared, Argentines, but instead the alluring, enticing, Swedish 'femmes fatales'!

As this took place over 60 years ago, it is obvious that equally corresponding behaviour is not just confined to modern time and present day so-called, over-paid, spoilt sportsmen and women; it is a phenomena that has occurred throughout the ages.

I wonder if it will be said in future years that it was not the 'Samba Boys/Spanish/Argentines etc, who defeated England in the 2010 soccer World Cup, but those insidious Wags.

The coming summer football tournament will soon reveal all.
