CHILDREN from Woodbury Salterton Primary School have been busy studying about Hinduism.

Pupils from class two at the school spent a week learning about the religion and were visited by a lady called Sandhya Dave who gave a talk on the faith and culture.

Sally McCloskey, head teacher at Woodbury Salterton primary, said children sampled Indian snacks, learned about the language, looked at artefacts and took part in craft activities.
