Glitzy black-tie do aims to raise £1k for Devon Air Ambulance Trust

GET out your party frock and dancing shoes in time for this year’s annual Charity Dinner and Dance for Exeter and District Electrical Industry.

The venue is at Woodbury Park Golf Club and Hotel on Saturday, December 4 and tickets for the glitzy black-tie event are still available.

There will be a three-course meal and table magic, with a prize draw adding to the important fundraising of the evening, which this year will go to Devon Air Ambulance Trust (DAAT). There will be a disco too, all for £40 a head.

Hosting the event this year is Tim Jones, MD of M.A.T. Electrics Ltd, who said: “The local division of the Electrical Industry organises a charity Christmas event every year, which is open to everyone to attend.

“We hope to raise around £1,000 for DAAT, but we can only achieve this if we receive the support of local businesses by taking a table.

“With 15 tables to fill and half already booked, we are well on the way to making this evening a great success and look forward to hearing from anyone who would like to attend.”

To book your tickets or table, email enquiries@matelectrics.co.uk or call Tim Jones, (01392) 469472.
