A group of women walkers from Clinton Devon Estates (CDE) donned neon 80s fashion when they strode out for Hospiscare.

The team of 10 raised £135 for the cause, taking part in the charity’s annual Twilight Walk, held in Exmouth.

Carla Whitaker, one of the CDE walkers, said: “We are all so pleased to have taken part and raised money for Hospiscare as the work they do makes such a difference to so many in our community.

“The whole event was brilliantly organised and everyone in the team who took part enjoyed themselves immensely. It was a great evening for all.”

The Twilight Walk team of CDE staff, and their families, included Carla Whitaker, Clare James, Linda Stanley, Kate Ponting, Rachel Manning, Anne Derbyshire, Amanda Brogan and Jayne Savage, as well as Jayne’s daughters, Rebecca and Eleanor Savage.
