A WOMAN stranded in her car in Lympstone by Thursday's floodwater was rescued by Exmouth firefighters.

A WOMAN stranded in her car in Lympstone by Thursday's floodwater was rescued by Exmouth firefighters.

Two crews were called to Meeting Lane shortly before 1.30pm where they rescued the uninjured woman to dry land.
