THE Holly Tree pub in Withycombe Village Road has been granted permission to extend its opening hours.
Permission was granted at an East Devon District Council licensing sub-committee meeting held earlier this month.
A spokesperson for the local authority said following mediation between the applicant, local resident and the police, it was agreed that alcohol may be sold from 9am to 12 midnight daily.
The premises may open between the hours of 8am and 12.30am every day.
