A 56-year-old Withycombe man is to appear at Exeter magistrates' court on Tuesday March 3 charged with harassing a 28-year-old local woman.
A 56-year-old Withycombe man is to appear at Exeter magistrates' court on Tuesday March 3 charged with harassing a 28-year-old local woman.
The police say the alleged offence took place in Victoria Road at around 5.30pm on January 25 2009.
