THE tantalising tastes of Asia cookery demonstration is being held in the Public Hall on Wednesday May 27 at 7pm.
Raj, from Budleigh Salterton's Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant, will explain about various spices and how they are used in meat and vegetarian dishes.
There will be the chance to taste samples throughout the event.
Budleigh Chamber of Commerce said: "Everyone who attended the first tantalising tastes of Asia last year remembers the fantastic aromas and flavours of Raj's cooking."
Entrance �2.50 per person including a lucky draw ticket for �20 to spend in the Taj Mahal.
There will be a raffle on the night. Wine and soft drinks will be on sale.
