As a 16 year old, who has lived in Exmouth all of their life, I totally agree with the letter "creating a first impression". The whole town could do with a tidy up. The paint work on the shops is terrible and the grass does not look as if it has seen a grass cutter since last summer. With less than a month left until the holidaymakers come to Exmouth, I am quite frankly shocked that Exmouth is still in such a state.
