REGARDING your article "Cyclists promised first-class network". I am keen that cycling is promoted as an alternative to car travel, and that safer off-road routes are provided.
When I read that �25 million is allocated for this purpose by Devon County Council and that �3 million was refused for the purchase of a small part of Rolle College, given to Plymouth University (how did that happen?), I wonder seriously how and why the Conservatives continue to receive local support.
