Jason Keeping, Stuart Long, Simon Crookall and Ashley Lang are Exmouth 'specials' who freely give up their spare time under the stewardship of Inspector Bridget Harris, who is also charged with the town's CCTV.
Special Constable Keeping said: "The main offence was not wearing seat belts and five motorists were given a non-endorsable ticket for this.
"Fifteen other motorists were spoken to and educated about various other issues."
Three specials also joined the PACT team, staking out driver hot-spots across the district, issued tickets for a variety of offences.
