East Devon District Council is asking Exmouth residents what they would like to see happen to the town’s public open spaces
Residents are being given the chance to have their say on the future of public open spaces in Exmouth.
East Devon District Council (EDDC) is asking people to complete a questionnaire as it looks to improve the town’s parks and nature reserves.
The authority is looking to develop a three-year project, called Wild Exmouth, which will enable residents to boost wildlife areas and to enjoy all the outdoor opportunities available.
The survey, which closes at 5pm on Thursday, February 8, will allow people to tell the council how much they value and use the town’s current spaces and to say what improvements they would like to make.
Answers from the consultation will allow the council to assess the level of support for Wild Exmouth and will also be used to support an application for a grant to fund any work.
Complete the survey at www.eastdevon.gov.uk/countryside/wild-exmouth, Paper copies are available by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01395 517557.
