EAST Devon is today struggling to keep warm in freezing temperatures while hundreds of workers have been forced to stay at home because of treacherous driving conditions around the region.
EAST Devon is today struggling to keep warm in freezing temperatures while hundreds of workers have been forced to stay at home because of treacherous driving conditions around the region.
These dramatic photographs taken earlier this morning show how Honiton and the surrounding areas were left with several inches of snow after blizzard-like conditions battered East Devon throughout the night.
