REGARDING free swims with cereal vouchers, I cannot believe Leisure East Devon can stop accepting them. We have not been able to afford a swim for a long time. We saved the vouchers to use when the weather gets worse as we have had to cancel all our children's lessons and clubs as we are struggling with the cost of living, bills and mortgage. My 10-year-old is particularly upset as she cut out the vouchers herself and wanted to use them in the holidays, but I made her keep them for when the weather gets bad and she has nothing else to do! Those on benefits are laughing - they can enjoy a Passport to Leisure membership, while us hard-working families cannot afford to make ends meet and it is the children who suffer. My parents (OAPs) also saved vouchers to have a swim as they are also struggling on their pensions. I am sure there are plenty more disappointed families out there. Name and address withheld
