Please print this letter in the hope that Stagecoach will take some notice of its customers' concerns. I write with regard to the timetable for the number 57 bus which, during peak times, is supposed to be every 12 minutes. This is a blatant error during commuter times. My particular issue is with the 16.51 bus from Exeter Bus Station to Exmouth. This rarely runs on time, often leaving with the following bus. I appreciate all timetables are subject to traffic or technical problems, but not nearly every day. My suggestion would be a revised timetable that is achievable and correct. We need to be able to judge bus times to enable us to get to and from work - and, particularly, if we have children to drop off or collect or an appointment to attend. I am losing money by leaving work to get this bus and am incurring costs by collecting my children later from their minder.I find it particularly annoying that our public transport service is unreliable when I am trying to be environmentally friendly and not use my car, but it looks like this may be the only reliable way to balance work and family commitments.Claire Wise,Exeter Road, Exmouth.
