Can I, via the Journal, please express my disappointment that East Devon District Council has again used my Council Tax to send out biased and misleading literature relating to the Boundary Committee proposals, and also express my hope that those of us who feel that a 'Unitary County' is the best way forward, will stand up and be counted.Devon County Council already provides the majority of our services and I believe if they took over the remainder, it would be cost-effective and also give us a stronger voice than dividing Exeter from 'rural' Devon.Mrs J Hammond,Budleigh Salterton resident
