AN 18-year-old Brixington man and a 16-year-old Woodbury boy are to appear at Exeter Crown Court charged with robbery at Hulham Road Stores, in Exmouth.
AN 18-year-old Brixington man and a 16-year-old Woodbury boy are to appear at Exeter Crown Court charged with robbery at Hulham Road Stores, in Exmouth.
Jamie Stuart, 18, of Palm Close, and a 16-year-old Woodbury boy, who for legal reasons the Journal is unable to identify, are accused of stealing �184.50 cash and cigarettes and tobacco worth �50 from 18-year-old shop assistant Alex Harris on April 3 at 8.45pm.
The pair has been granted unconditional bail and will appear at Exeter Crown Court on Friday May 1 at 9.30am.
