Tri-sport enthusiasts from Exmouth have been at it again – this time taking part in a 15-mile charity run.
Tri-hards members Shelly Stammers and Hannah Joyce took on the ‘Ride for Rowcroft’ at the weekend.
The group was set up by Shelly as a way to get together with like minded people for running, cycling and swimming.
Their latest adventure saw Shelly and Hannah taking on the 15-mile cycle in Newton Abbot, held to raise funds for Rowcroft Hospice; Hannah taking part in a full cycle event for the first time.
On Sunday, (October 15) Shelly and six other Tri-Hards will be taking part in the 35-mile Exmouth Exterminator.
Shelly and friends will be taking part in the ‘short’ course which will see them start at Bicton College before heading through Sidmouth, Ottery St Mary and West Hill.
Riders will return to the start/finish line via the Woodbury Common Road and Aylesbeare.
