What Exmouth needs is manufacturing industry that will employ thousands and pay top wages.
I find it hard to see how retail business will help a community whose currency is weak and debts are beyond discussion.
Let's focus on what Exmouth can export or the wealth we can attract from Asia or other parts of Europe - there lies prosperity and security for us all.
