AN application to build a detached home at 7 Swains Road has failed to win the support Budleigh Salterton Town Council.
AN application to build a detached home at 7 Swains Road has failed to win the support Budleigh Salterton Town Council.
The members said the proposal was an over-development of the site.
The plans will go before the district council for the final decision to be made.
