THE TOPSHAM branch of RNLI is to hold its annual coffee morning this weekend.
After taking place in an alternate location for the past two years, the event, to be held on Saturday, returns to Anchor House on the Strand.
Gates open at 10.30am and admission is priced �2 which includes coffee and biscuits.
A spokesperson for Topsham's RNLI said: "This event has always been a great success and, as in past years, it is hoped that the Inshore Lifeboat will visit - of course, subject to a call-out.
"Members of the branch have been busy making cakes and bric-a-brac, gathering many great prizes for the raffle.
"It is hoped to raise more funds for the lifeboat station in Exmouth which is nearing completion.
"It is hoped that this rare opportunity to visit one of the best gardens in Topsham will attract many locals and visitors to Topsham.
