PEOPLE can now comment on the Topsham Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan.

The Exeter City Council document looks at the existing conservation area and identifies what makes it a special place, what the key features and characteristics are, whether the boundary requires redefining and if there are any areas of negative townscape that could be improved.

There will be an exhibition on the findings of the appraisal in the New Year.

A copy of the document and a comments form can be found on www.exeter.gov.uk under conservation areas.
