Latest Topsham planning applications
PLANS for a number of changes to be made at 15 Fore Street, Topsham, have been submitted to Exeter City Council.
A planning application put forward to the local authority calls for a replacement ground floor and first floor extension on the east elevation.
In a separate application for 15 Fore Street, there are proposals for the demolition of storage facilities, external staircase, chimney and replacement ground as well as first floor extension.
Additional plans put forward to the council include calls for a ground floor extension on the north elevation at number seven Sunhill Avenue.
And, in a further application, plans for the installation of a disabled car parking space and six roadside viewpoints at RSPB Bird Hide in Bowling Green Road.
