A round-up of the latest planning applications concerning Topsham, submitted to Exeter City Council
PLANS for the installation of solar panels at 39 Elm Grove Road in Topsham have been submitted to Exeter City Council.
A planning application put forward to the local authority calls for panels on the south west elevation of a single storey extension at the property.
Additional plans submitted to the council include the following: Internal alterations to be made on all floors at Riversmeet House, Riversmeet, Topsham.
Open sided ground floor extension at Highfield Farm, Clyst Road, to the south east elevation of a barn and the felling of several trees at 24 White Street.
