AN application to redevelop a property in Exeter Road, Topsham, has been submitted to Exeter City Council.
Plans, relating to 11 Exeter Road, call for a detached building comprising of a single garage, garden room and car port. The proposals are currently in their consultation period.
Meanwhile in separate plans, Exeter City Council has also received an application from Route 2 Caf� Bar, on Monmouth Hill, for the retention of a painted logo and lettering on the outside of the building.
Formerly the Steam Packet, the caf� bar, which opened last May, is run by Liz Hodges who also owns the Globe Hotel.
