AN application for changes to be made at a listed building in Topsham has been submitted to Exeter City Council.
Plans relating to 37 Monmouth Street included calls for the partial removal, and minor alterations, to the north east side of a boundary wall at the property.
It also contains proposals for the removal of a gate on the south east boundary.
A separate application for 37 Monmouth Street asks for alterations to be made to the window of the inner courtyard.
