Topsham firefighters tackle kitchen fire

FIRE crews from Topsham were called to the town's High Street on Tuesday night after an alarm was heard and smoke was seen coming from a house.

FIRE Crews from Topsham were called to the town's High Street on Tuesday night after an alarm was heard and smoke was seen coming from a house.

When the firefighters arrived they found a fire in the kitchen involving the cooker.

The fire crews wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to tackle the blaze.
