A BUSINESSMAN from Topsham will swap his busy office environment for the bustling streets of New York later this year.
That's because Terry Payne, a 32-year-old recruitment industry worker, has been selected to run in the New York Marathon this November.
As part of a nine-month training programme, Terry has just completed an intensive fitness and running assessment at Bad Wiessee Training Camp in Munich.
The camp is used by professional athletes ranging from Paula Radcliffe to the England football squad.
Terry will run the marathon to raise funds for Win4Youth, a charity which supports underprivileged children and young people in the UK and around the world.
