DENLEY'S Essence of India has a new top five-star chef to bring the exotic taste of northern India to Topsham.Dharmendra Singh has a wealth of experience cooking around the globe and prides himself on cooking real authentic northern Indian food just like his mother prepared for him and the family at home in Rajasthan, India. He said: "My mother influenced me from a very young age and encouraged me to cook with her in our kitchen at home. I loved the smell of the spices and I feel that everyone should know real home cooked Indian cuisine." Dharmendra will adapt his recipes so they are not hot and spicy for young children and the elderly who may prefer milder dishes and he will introduce a special dining club night on a monthly basis so that customers can experience different styles of Indian cuisine.
