I have been reading, with much amusement, the controversy surrounding the Longboat Caf�. (An era which appears many of us would prefer to return to).
I have been reading, with much amusement, the controversy surrounding the Longboat Caf�. (An era which appears many of us would prefer to return to).
However, much to some people's chagrin, times change and even bows and arrows have given way to their more modern counterparts - just ask the First Nation American Indians how far their out-moded weaponry got them.
Perhaps, whilst we are at it, we could request Prince Charles to be chairman of the planning committee, in view of his architectural preferences, thus adding Royal weight to the argument.
However, if all else fails, we could requisition Channel 4 to make a documentary about the 'Amish' community of East Devon.
