Lights which have been switching on and off at the wrong times in an East Budleigh public car park and toilet will have their timing devices looked at.
East Budleigh Parish Council has been in touch with East Devon District Council after lighting problems were reported at the Hayes Lane facilities.
The district council said engineers would correct the timing devices.
