Three canoeists rescued by Exmouth RNLI

Friday, July 25 - THREE canoeists who were reported to be in difficulty off Pole Sands on Thursday afternoon sparked a rescue mission by Exmouth's RNLI.

THREE canoeists who were reported to be in difficulty off Pole Sands on Thursday afternoon sparked a rescue mission by Exmouth's RNLI.

The RNLI lifeguards were called and inshore lifeboat (ILB) launched shortly after 3pm after the coastguard received a call from one a canoeist who had lost their paddle.

The RNLI lifeguards and the ILB crew took the canoeists back to shore.
