THREE men are in police custody after being arrested on suspicion of drugs offences in Exmouth.
Officers said the arrests followed an automatic number plate recognition operation in the town on April 22.
A Devon and Cornwall police spokesperson said: "A vehicle was stopped and the three local men aged 21, 22 and 24 years, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
"Subsequent searches of a number of addresses in the town have recovered a quantity of what is believed to be a Class A drug."
The men are currently in custody at Heavitree Road Police Station, Exeter.
