THE Budeligh Salterton Longboat Cafe debate lingers on, but why?
THE Budeligh Salterton Longboat Cafe debate lingers on, but why?
Once again, what news were we met with on the front page of the Budleigh Journal ( March 11) in large print? Longboat is green pledge!
What is this? A form of soft soap?
The use relating to building materials, eg: 1) Restaurant would recycle waste; 2) Thermal materials and solar energy to heat, light and power restaurant; 3) Natural ventilation; 4) Locally sourced products to cut down on CO2 emissions.
It all comes down to being no different - everything the same. Just this sprinkling of sugar as a sweetener to get their way, they think!
But you still have this glass monstrosity of an eyesore staring at you, totally out of character, no matter what.
As always, we continually see petty excuses. Grabbing at straws!
S Harris,
Budleigh Salterton.
