This video shows what the proposed Exmouth seafront regeneration area looks like today.
East Devon District Council is proposing the redevelop the area, between the old lifeboat station and The Maer.
The site formerly known as Jungle Fun, Arnold Palmer Putting Green and Crazy Golf has been earmarked for demolition. Boarding has been put up.
A EDDC spokesman said: “The council is keen to ensure that the seafront is attractive and lively while preparations are made for the work proposed for the site continues.
“As with the successful Premier Inn redevelopment, the council has had to board up some parts of the site to ensure safety to the public.”
