I would like to thank the people who helped me when I got into difficulties while swimming near Orcombe Point, especially the kite surfer who towed me back to safety.
Thanks also to the lady who rang the Coastguard, the gentleman who gave me a bottle of water and also to the paramedic who swiftly arrived.
